Product Description

This is a fascinating book titled 'Return to Philosophy' written by C.E.M. Joad and published by E. P. Dutton & Co., Inc. in 1937. It's the 3rd printing, though the edition is unstated. The book is in good condition. There's some rubbing on the edges, corners, and spine. The top edge of the text block has heavy foxing. There are stamps and markings from a previous owner on the text block, front pastedown, and free - endpaper. The text block has tanned with age, but it doesn't affect readability. The binding is slightly loose, yet the interiors are clean.

To use this book, simply open it up and start reading. You can hold it comfortably in your hands or place it on a flat surface. When handling, try to be gentle due to the slightly loose binding. To avoid further damage to the edges and corners, don't let the book bump against hard objects. Store it in a dry and cool place to prevent more foxing and tanning of the text block. If you notice the binding getting looser over time, you might want to take it to a professional bookbinder for repair.
