Product Description

This set includes two great books about cell membrane and permeability. The first one, 'Cellular Aspects of Membrane Permeability' by E. Schoffeniels, was published by Pergamon Press in 1967 as the first edition. The second book, 'The Movement of Molecules across Cell Membranes' written by W. D. Stein, came out from Academic Press in 1967 with an unstated edition. These ex - library books are in good condition. They've had the usual library treatments. You'll notice some rubbing on the covers, corners, edges, and spines. The spines and labels have been sunned, and the top edge of the text blocks shows some foxing. However, the bindings are tight, and the interiors are clean.

These books are great resources for learning about cell membrane and permeability. To use them, simply start reading from the beginning to get a comprehensive understanding. When handling the books, be gentle to avoid further wear on the covers and spines. Since they are ex - library books, they may have some markings, but these don't affect the content. To maintain them, store them in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight to prevent more sunning of the spines and labels. Also, keep them upright on a bookshelf to keep the bindings tight.
