Product Description

This lot includes two classic books in nuclear physics. 'Nuclear Interactions' by Sergio DeBenedetti was published by John Wiley & Sons in 1964. 'Theoretical Nuclear Physics' by John M. Blatt and Victor F. Weisskopf came out in 1952, also from John Wiley & Sons. The books are in good condition. There's moderate wear on the covers, with soiling, rubbing and scuffing. The edges, corners and spine ends show shelf and edgewear. There are markings from the previous owner on the front pastedowns and free - endpapers. The spine of 'Theoretical Nuclear Physics' is faded. The text blocks are slightly tarnished due to age, but readability is not affected. The binding is tight, and the pages are clean and easy to read.

These books are great resources for those interested in nuclear physics. To use them, simply open and start reading. You can mark important pages with bookmarks if you like. When handling the books, try to keep your hands clean to avoid adding more soiling. Since the covers have some wear, be gentle when opening and closing them to prevent further damage. Store the books in a dry and cool place to avoid additional aging of the text blocks. If you notice any loose pages, you can use some archival - quality glue to re - attach them carefully.
