This amazing set consists of 9 hardcover books titled 'The World's Wild Places' published by Time Life International in 1974. Written by George St. George, these books cover various wild places like Borneo, The Great Barrier Reef, Lapland, The Sahara, The Himalayas, The Andes, The Australian Outback, Africa's Rift Valley, and Soviet Deserts and Mountains. The books are in very good condition. While the spines and labels are faded, the binding is tight and the interiors are clean. There are only minimal edge - wear. However, the 'Africa's' volume has pencil markings on the text block. A great collection for vintage book lovers!
