Product Description

Discover two remarkable antique books. The first, 'Lincoln by Friend & Foe' by Noah Brooks, was published by The Gold Medal Library in 1922. The second, 'Drinkwater's Abraham Lincoln' by John Drinkwater, was published by Houghton Mifflin Company in 1919. Both editions are unstated. These books are in acceptable condition. The covers show soiling, and 'Lincoln by Friend & Foe' has a dust jacket with fragile and peeling covers beneath. There's soiling and tarnishing along the text blocks, but the bindings are secure. The pages are clean, though the text ink is starting to wear in some places, without affecting readability.

These antique books are great for history buffs and collectors. To use them, simply open the pages and start reading. When handling, make sure your hands are clean to avoid further soiling. Store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent damage. Since the covers and ink are a bit delicate, be gentle when turning the pages. You can also use a bookend to keep the bindings in good shape.
