Lot of 2: Kinematics of Machines/Metal Cutting Tool Handbook 1954-56 HC

This lot includes two great books. The first one is 'Kinematics of Machines' written by Rolland T. Hinkle and published by Prentice - Hall, Inc. in March 1956, 3rd Printing. The second book is 'Metal Cutting Tool Handbook' by an Author, published by Metal Cutting Tool Institute in 1954, 'New' Edition. The books are in acceptable condition. They have moderate soiling on the covers, some soiling and foxing on the text blocks, front free endpapers and pastedown. There's also minor soiling throughout the pages, and the bindings are stiffened.

These books are great resources for learning about machine kinematics and metal cutting tools. When using them, handle with clean hands to avoid adding more soiling. Keep them in a dry place to prevent further foxing and damage. You can use bookmarks to mark important pages. If you want to keep them in the best possible condition, store them on a bookshelf away from direct sunlight. When you're done reading, close them gently to preserve the stiff bindings.
