Product Description

This 2-volume set, 'Kamakura Readings in Japanese History 2', published by the University of Tokyo Press in 1974, comes in a slipcase. The books are in very good condition. Volume 1 has minor staining on the top of the text block, but the pages of both volumes are clean and bright. The bindings are tight. Volume 1's protective plastic dust jacket is tearing, and the slip case shows minor wear and yellowing.

These books are great for anyone interested in Japanese history. You can simply sit back and start reading to learn about the Kamakura period. When handling the books, be gentle, especially with Volume 1's dust jacket as it's tearing. To keep them in good shape, store them in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid getting the pages wet. If you want to clean the slip case, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe off any dust.
