Product Description

This special lot includes two classic engineering drawing texts. The first one, 'Geometry of Engineering Drawing', is written by George J. Hood and published by McGraw - Hill Book Company, Inc. in 1954. The second book, 'A Manual of Engineering Drawing for Students and Draftsmen', is authored by Thomas E. French & Charles J. Vierck and was also published by McGraw - Hill in 1952. Both books are in good condition. There is some writing on the pages, but it doesn't affect readability. The front free endpapers of both books have blacked - out writing, and 'Geometry of Engineering Drawing' has stamping on its front free endpaper. There is foxing on the text blocks, and 'A Manual of Engineering Drawing' has some staining on its text block. The covers have minor soiling.

These engineering drawing texts are great resources for students and professionals interested in engineering. To use them, simply open the book and start reading. They are full of useful information about engineering drawing. When handling these books, be gentle to avoid further damage to the covers and pages. Since they are vintage, the paper might be a bit fragile. Store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent further foxing or staining. If you notice any loose pages, you can use archival tape to secure them gently. Enjoy exploring the knowledge within these classic texts!
