The second book, 'Love at First Flight', is authored by Charles Spalding and Otis Carney and was published by Houghton Mifflin Company in 1943 with an unstated edition. The books are in acceptable condition. The covers have some soiling and the edges show fraying. There's minor soiling and foxing on the text blocks. The pages have staining and soiling but readability isn't affected. The bindings are stiff and there's no writing in the books.
