Buyers can participate in a proxy - based auction, similar to eBay's system, to get the right to buy this vehicle. If a buyer declines, the next highest bidder gets the chance to evaluate and buy at their bid. Payment must be by certified check made payable to “Michigan State University” or “MSU” or cash. Credit card payment isn't accepted.
