Product Description

This is a wonderful book titled 'Girl and Woman: A Book for Mothers and Daughters' written by Caroline Wormeley Latimer and published by D. Appleton and Company in 1913. The edition is unstated. The book is in good condition. Its fabric cover and spine show some rubbing and minor soiling, and there's some edge - wear on the spine and cover. However, the binding is tight. There's an ink inscription on the front endpaper dated '1914'. The text block has slightly darkened over time, but it's still very readable.

This book is a great read for mothers and daughters. You can sit down together, relax, and enjoy the stories and wisdom within its pages. When handling the book, be gentle to avoid further wear on the cover and spine. Since the text block has darkened a bit, make sure you have good lighting to read comfortably. Store the book in a dry and cool place to prevent any further damage. You can use a bookend to keep it upright on the shelf, which will help maintain its tight binding. If you notice any loose pages, it's best to take it to a professional bookbinder for repair.
