This lot includes two great books about fighter aircraft. The first one, 'Fighter Aircraft of the 1914 - 1918 War', is authored by Lamberton, Carrick, Yeoman, Cheesman, and Russell. It's published by The Garden City Press LTD in 1960, with an unstated edition. The second book, 'Spitfire - The Story of a Famous Fighter', is written by Robertson, Hepworth, Carrick, Yeoman, and Russell, also published by The Garden City Press LTD in 1961, with an unstated edition. Both books are in good condition. The covers and spines show some wear at the corners, and there's faint soiling on the text blocks. Both dust jackets have minor tears, and the dust jacket of 'Fighter Aircraft of the 1914 - 1918 War' has been repaired. 'Spitfire - The Story of a Famous Fighter' has a name and a date written on the inside of the front cover. However, the pages are clean and readable, and the bindings are secure.

These two fighter aircraft books are great for reading and collecting. When using them, handle them gently to avoid further damage to the covers and dust jackets. If you want to store them, keep them in a dry and cool place to prevent soiling and damage. Avoid placing heavy objects on them to keep the bindings secure. When reading, use a bookmark instead of folding the pages to keep the pages clean and intact.
